Stuck-Up Stars
Just a small annoyance I had to share today. I'm annoyed when TV celebrities or movie stars who go on TV shows to promote things, go on about how they do NOT watch TV. They sound so snobby and stuck-up about it like they are too good for TV. Ugh! If it is so beneath you then why do you make a fortune being on it or promoting your other projects on it? I don't care if people watch TV or not, it's just those stars that annoy me about it.

Funny. I've been watching lots of late night interview shows lately and I'm finding gems of celebs. I'm very into Neil Gaiman, Peter Facinelli, and Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf to name a few. They've actually made me buy their books and root for their series because of how interesting or everyman they are. I'm sure the bad ones are out there I just haven't seen them on what I've been watching lately.
LOL - that's a funny thought!
I really cannot stand infomercials with celebrities. I don't care if they are famous...doesn't make me want to use a pointless product.

I think celebs might be fibbing, when they say they don't watch TV. I used to work with a news director, who would lock himself in his office at lunchtime, to watch "The Flintstones."
I think it's ridiculous how easy it is to become a celebrity these days. The reality shows are making celebrities out of everyone. When that stupid I'm a celebrity get me out of here show came on, we didn't even know some of the people on it. That show, by the way, was really the spencer and heidi show. We couldn't take it after the first episode - it was awful!
