I get calls regularly from family and friends needing help with their computers. The biggest complaint I hear is that the computer is running really slowly. we could really use this because our less-than-2-years-old desktop is running soooo slowly now and we don't know why. we've tried everything we can without going to an expert. this is the next best thing!

I spend a lot of time online reading blogs and signing up for free stuff and contests. I think I probably download tons of things that are not great for my system and go to a lot of places I don't need to be, online. I spent close to $1600 on my laptop because I was tired of cheaper ones not being able to handle the things I need it for. This is a pretty significant investment for me and I'd love this tune up to help extend the life. Thanks for such a great contest! I don't know anyone who couldn't use it.

Maybe they could twak our older computer back into being, it had some problems, so it is just sitting in the basement right now until we can do something bout it.

i would love to win this my computer has a coupls issus an hasnt had a tune up since I bought it (or rather my husband bought it for me) in 2004...yeah long time I know...it really needs it...

I get scared at the sounds coming from my computer case sometimes (desktop) I know i probably need to clean out the dust, but I also suspect my video card is underpowered. Would love for an expert at Norton to take a look at what else might be wrong.
