A good thing happened today. I was able to 'talk down' someone who was having a bad day at her work. That made me feel good.
I went for a nice walk with my friend and baby. I love being outside!
I took an awesome picture of the moon. It was o'dark:30 in the morning but it still was today I guess so that makes it something cool and good that happened in my life today. Check it out on my blog.

My day was great because I actually received 2 wins from blogs off Sweepsheet today.. My first blog wins.
I had a good day today. I went to a family reunion and everyone was healthy and doing well.
One positive thing that happened to me today is that I got to spend some time with my husband.We sat around talking and then we went for a stroll.We had a nice time together.I had a rough day but he turned it around for me.

Today is good because my grandaughter,Fiona is coming home today.She has been visiting her other grandmother in Florida for the past 3 weeks.I have really missed this little girl :).

My day started very nice today. My husband and I walked our two dogs. Since we live in a very hot climate, if we don't get them out early, it's too hot for the dogs (and us!). Starting our day this way makes a big difference in how we feel all day.

I caught a ride to the farmers' market with a neighbour this morning (because I don't drive and my family is away right now). It was a fun trip, and it's nice to have neighbours who will help with things like that.

Today's good thing: I went yardsaling with my daughter. We have not done that at all this summer bec gas is four stinkin buck a gallon and I drive an SUV. But she goes to college this fall and was looking for some things for her dorm room. She found a bread machine for $3 and was ecstatic. My best deal: spending the day with my daughter - priceless!

Today my two dear golden retrievers and I took the best walk in the best weather--and we appreciated so many things along the way--each of us, probably, for different reasons--but still--great appreciation ! Many thanks for this wonderful drawing & site.
Unfortunately, my one year old was sick today. The good thing that came out of the day was that I got to cuddle her ALL day. She rarely sits still long enough for that anymore so I cherished the day! Hopefully she's back to herself tomorrow...but for today...I loved spending time with her.

I had a great day. My husband and I and my cousin and her family went sailing on our sailboat. After a fabulous day on the water, we went to our favorite restaurant for dinner. Good company makes for a GREAT day!!
Today was an awesome day. My mom, sister and I went to see Mamma Mia. It was a wonderful movie and we all left the theatre singing "Dancing Queen". (Sorry to the other moviegoers!)
My son told me he loved me before I got a chance to tell him.
I had fried green tomatoes for lunch. I love them. It was a pretty quiet day. Those are great every once in a while.

I will do my stretching and weight video today. It will make the kinks in my body go away. I can actually feel the knots leave my back when I do certain stretches. I think everyone should find a channel on the television, I use CPTV and do some stretching to start your day.
My day was good because my baseball team won and because I've been a full-time pitcher (that doesn't bat) for the last 4 years or so and have recently had to stop pitching due to shoulder trouble, but I've started to catch some and got my first hit today in like 4 years.
well it's still morning, but i'm still here i guess. thats positive. i'm having fun with my kids

My day has been positive so far because of the good things I have done. I donated a huge pile of workbooks to a special ed teacher for his class. I rescued a worm that was struggling on a hot side walk (I picked him up and moved him in the shade in a patch of dirt). And my daughter got some hand me down T-shirts from a friend and she's on CLOUD NINE!!!!
All these things made my day positive because it makes me feel GREAT when I can do something nice for others and make other people happy and smile.

The most positive thing about my day so far has been having no plans. The girls are still in their jammies and playing with the world's largest collection of little people. The weather is miserable outside and it seems like the perfect do nothing day.
Well, it's 7:45 in the morning and my day's already great!! I've been browsing the pictures I took of the kids yesterday in the garden while they were playing and I have to tell you, I have the cutest, most beautiful kids!!! My day's off to a good start!!

My baby woke up an hour early today, but my husband got up to change his diaper and then the baby fell right back to sleep - Mommy got to sleep thru the whole thing!
The best thing about my day, is one of my favorite things about everyday.
Bath time with the three youngest girls. They love bathtime together, we had a great breeze through the bathroom window, and I love bundling them up afterwards, and putting on their lotion. It's a great ritual and one I look forward to!
the baby slept in 'til 7:15, so it was a good way to start the day! much better than 5am!!!

My daughter burned her hand this weekend so we've had to keep it wrapped and clean. She so far has hated having it changed. This morning was the first morning she let me wash and change all the dressing without screaming! Made my morning!

My day today is great because of social networking sites! Last week one of my childhood best friends (from pre-school play group through 10th grade) found me on Facebook and come to find out, she works only a block from me. Today we met for lunch, saw one another for the first time in two decades and it was as though there was no time between us. It was an amazing experience and I look forward to future get togethers with her!

I got my cast taken off my hand!
I made a really good dinner tonight without a recipe....It makes me feel so good when the hubby says, where did you get the recipe for this?, and I'm able to say....Oh I just came up with it.
BTW, it was chicken, spinach, grape tomatoes sauted with garlic, shallots and wine...then added some chicken broth and heavy cream and served over angel hair. Delicious.

I filled out an obligation for a job! A small accomplishment, but still.
I got to go to the grocery store with just the baby--and we had lots of fun talking and waving to everyone and kissing every so often--she gives the best kisses!

When I came home from work, my one-year-old was looking out the window waiting for me. He looks out when I leave and he's in the same sot when I come home.
We recently bought a futon and today my husband and I put it together...and we're still speaking to each other.
Today I sat out on our newly stained deck (by me!)and read a book while enjoying the beautiful blue sky and sunshine. Very relaxing.... for a change!

One of the most positive things about today is I went to the gym and had a blast. Our Turbo Kick class had a ton of people tonight. It was rockin' Had many positive things happen, it was a great day.

The highlight of my day was UPS delivering a jacket I ordered for my daughter. When she opened the box, she squealed with joy and couldn't wait to show it off to her best friend.
I helped my daughter make flashcards for homework. Love when I get to do nice mom things like that instead of cook and clean and pay bills.

The greatest part of my day was that my 4-year-old started out being so disappointed we couldn't go to the open play she was looking forward to because her sister had a drippy nose, but by the end of the day we had had so much fun at home, she said "This was such a fun day!" Now that made me a real happy mom.
Went to the movies as a family and sat together. Which was really fun.
My dog and I got to see a great sunrise this morning on our walk, and when we got home, I was able to get six hours of uninterrupted sleep, which is the most I've had in years!

My day was good.. because my family & I are healthy - and i didnt got a Bill in the Mail today :)
I lived another day with the people I love.
I went to weightlifting class and felt so good afterward. Great giveaway, thanks!

My teenage son started his first real job today! Yeah for him! But it sure made my day.
